A cup of broccoli a day, leads to hot nights in the hay.
According to health guru Tosca Reno, broccoli may as well be dubbed the “natural Viagra,” since it contains the nutrients needed for optimal sexual performance.
Folic acid in the vegetable helps maintain healthy sex organs and boosts testosterone and sperm count in men, while the vitamin C and E heighten sex drive.
Reno – creator of the famed Eat-Clean Diet and co-author of Eat-Clean Diet For Men: An Ironclad Plan To A Leaner Physique (Robert Kennedy Publishing) – says truly “clean,” healthy foods can do wonders for a man’s libido.
For instance, bananas increase sexual stamina, lean proteins – like fish – increase blood flow to the nether regions, and eggs – rich in zinc – restore a lagging libido.
