I heart Falafel Moroccan Restaurant!

Friday night was when I was scheduled to record a "Mambo" at Falafel Moroccan restaurant. After being lost for about 1 hour confieso que por poco ni llego pero porque sera que cuando uno pasa mucho trabajo encontrando un lugar es cuando mas bien la pasa? From the outside it looks like a bakery but when you enter it's like walking into another world completely. The owner greeted me with a warm smile and hug and the party got started. Curiosamente el lugar no tiene ventanas y es decorado con telas obviamente al estilo marroqui. Tienen orquesta, bailarinas y comida excelente. La verdad es que I recommend it to anyone. Do something different and visit this lovely place in Lake Buena Vista. Este proximo jueves en el Mambo por Univision Orlando y Tampa take a moment to see me in action enjoying the place.

MEN lie twice as much as women.

Well, well no big surprise here! They didn't need to do a study on that because I could have told you that LOL!!!

liar Pictures, Images and Photos

Researchers found men tell six fibs a day on average, but women come out with just three.

The study of 2000 Britons also revealed that the most common lie told by both sexes was: "Nothing's wrong, I'm fine."

While men are likely to fib about having their last pint and claiming their partner's behind doesn't look too big, women avoid telling the truth about their latest shopping purchases.

Eighty-three per cent of adults of both sexes said they could easily tell if their partner was lying.

But body language expert Richard Newman said most people couldn't read the signals.

"They assume that if someone is hiding the truth, they would hide their face and avoid eye contact. In fact, the opposite is true," he said.

"Liars usually do everything they can to convince you of the truth, sitting still and looking at you to watch your reaction."

Wanna life to 113? Here's how

EL SECRETO PARA UNA LARGA VIDA DE ACUERDO AL HOMBRE MAS VIEJO DEL MUNDO?

CIGARROS- WHISKEY- Y MUJERES BIEN SALVAJES....ESO DIJO HENRY ALLINGHAM DE 113 AÑOS CUANDO LE PREGUNTARON COMO HACER PARA LLEGAR A SU EDAD

NEW YORK (Wireless Flash) – “Cigarettes, whiskey, and wild, wild women” is the secret recipe for a long, healthy life.
At least that’s according to 113-year-old Henry Allingham, who became the oldest living man last week after the death of Japanese-born Tomoji Tanabe.
Up until a few years ago, Allingham admits he still enjoyed a good cigar.
This week, Buck Wolf of About.com’s Weird News Central looks at the unlikely indulgences of the world’s great “super centenarians.”
Oddly enough, Wolf notes that “alcohol and tobacco had an unmistakable role in the lives of people who famously lived far beyond 100.”
Jeanne Calment, the port-drinking, chocolate-loving French woman who lived to 122 and once held the Guinness World Record, only gave up smoking at 117.
The oldest Canadian on record, Marie-Louise Febronie Meilleur began smoking as a teen and didn’t kick the habit until she was 90. She lived another 27 years after that.

you've heard about the G-spot:

Hey chica...I remember reading this a couple months back on the mag and I guess they just put it up on the site....The girls at the office went crazy with it...Very good article and enjoy....I mean they alway do LOL

Even if you haven't personally experienced its power, you've heard about the G-spot: an erogenous zone located inside the vagina that can produce some pretty intense sensations. Thing is, it can also produce some intense frustration because it is, for many women, so damn elusive. And though the whole notion of the G-spot is hardly new — sex researchers have touted it for years — the medical establishment was always skeptical as to whether it really even existed.

Well, we're bringing you some great news: The G-spot is a very real part of your anatomy, newly documented in MRI scans and biopsies by medical doctors. Thanks to this new research, we now know that every chick is capable of experiencing more concentrated sexual pleasure — including powerful orgasms, says Irwin Goldstein, MD, director of sexual medicine at Alvarado Hospital, in San Diego, and editor-in-chief of the Journal of Sexual Medicine.

Here, we'll guide you to yours — yes, you will find it. Then we'll explain what to do once you're there so you can reap the blissful benefits.

What It Is, Exactly
There's some disagreement about the size of the G-spot; it may range from a quarter inch to a couple inches along the upper wall of your vagina, about an inch or two past your vaginal opening. Underneath it is highly sensitive tissue that, when touched the right way, triggers feelings of sexual happiness, explains Debby Herbenick, PhD, lead researcher and associate director of the Center for Sexual Health Promotion, at Indiana University Bloomington's School of Health, Physical Education, and Recreation. G-spot sensations have been described by some women as more intense than those they feel via clitoral stimulation — more of a warm, flushing feeling that resonates deeply throughout their entire body.

Even experts who always believed in the G-spot weren't sure whether it was a distinct gland or merely the collection of nerve endings extending from the underside of the clitoris. Here's what researchers are sure of: The G is its own entity, analogous to an organ in the male body. It's known as the female prostate because its tissue surrounds an area that produces chemicals similar to those made by the male prostate, a gland that creates fluid to nourish sperm, explains Dr. Goldstein.

Another similarity between the male prostate and the G-spot: When their G is aroused, some women say they experience a wetness unlike they do during other types of stimulation. And some say they even ejaculate a clear, odorless fluid upon orgasm.

I'm seriously feeling this nail polish

Sally Hansen has been really taking their nail polish to another level. They have the Insta-Dri fast dry nail color that is great. I just put on "Night Fight" and it dried up ASAP....I'm feeling gothic tonight with the rainy weather...

NOT COOL!

Everyone is taking a hit due to the economic downturn, but sadly, some more than others.
Mary Kay beauty company has conducted a “Truths About Abuse” survey which reveals that domestic violence is on the rise due to the current economic crisis.
Three out of four domestic violence shelters report an increase in battered women since September 2008 – a major turning point in the U.S. economy.
Moreover, 73 percent attribute the rise in abuse to financial issues, 61 percent blame subsequent stress, and 49 percent say job loss fuels violence.
About 44 percent of shelters in the Midwest say that even the loss of a home or vehicle is a factor in the rise of abuse.
To combat the terrible trend, Mary Kay Inc. has launched “Beauty That Counts,” a campaign through December 15, 2009, where $1 from each sale of Beauty That Counts Creme Lipstick in Pink Passion and Gingerbread goes toward helping women and children of domestic violence.
The company is donating nearly $2 million for abuse prevention and education efforts
